Terms of Service

Last updated 1 October 2026

Template for legal review. Highlighted text in [brackets] must be completed, and the whole document checked by counsel, before launch.

These terms are an agreement between you and [Vesold legal entity name] (“Vesold”, “we”) for the use of the Vesold website and photo-editing service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you use Vesold for a company, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you may do so.

1. The Service

Vesold lets you upload photos and describe how you want them edited; an AI agent chooses adjustments, and our imaging engine applies them non-destructively. Features marked “coming soon” are not yet available. We may change, improve or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you pay for.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old, give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@vesold.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your content

You keep all rights in the photos and other content you upload and in the edited results. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process and transmit your content only as needed to provide the Service to you (including sending previews to our AI sub-processors as described in the Privacy Policy). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups, which expire within 30 days. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

You confirm you have the rights and any necessary consents (including from people shown in your photos) to upload and edit your content, and that it complies with the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. AI output

The agent’s choices are suggestions applied to your photo; results can vary and may not match your intent. Review results before you publish or deliver them to clients. You remain responsible for how you use your edited photos.

5. Credit and payment

The Service is pay as you go; there is no subscription. New accounts start with a small amount of free credit. You add credit by making a deposit (minimum $5) through Stripe, and a small payment processing fee is added to the amount you pay; the fee is not credit. Each edit is charged to your credit at the price shown on the pricing page and your usage page, which depends on the work the edit needs. Credit does not expire, and you can see every deposit and charge in Usage. When your credit runs out, editing pauses until you add more; your photos stay available. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. [Refund policy; statutory withdrawal right for EU/UK consumers and how it is waived for immediate digital supply.] We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; the change applies to edits you make after it takes effect, and credit you already hold keeps its value.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break it or these terms, or that put the Service or others at risk; where reasonable we will warn you first and let you export your content.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and brand belong to Vesold and its licensors. These terms give you no rights in them beyond using the Service.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copies of important originals. [Service level commitments for studio customers, if any.]

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or consumers’ statutory rights). Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. [Review caps for consumers vs. business users.]

10. Indemnity

If you use the Service for business, you will compensate us for claims by third parties arising from content you upload or your breach of these terms.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Vesold and delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & data. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example liability and governing law) survive termination.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will tell you at least 30 days in advance; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by [Governing law / jurisdiction]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims there. [Dispute resolution / EU ODR platform notice where applicable.]
